Workshop : music and dance

Les Mains Tendres also offers workshops that combine music and dance.

As well as being a professional musician, Laurence Sabourin also performs and teaches contemporary dance. Zeneli Codel also has a background in circus, and training in clown arts, physical theatre and contemporary dance. Combining their passion for music and motion, the artists’ workshops provide participants the opportunity to enter a playful and experimental universe.

The workshop form and content vary according to different age groups. The workshop for children, in duo or trio, combines an interactive musical show, followed by physical games accompanied by live music. For adults, the contemporary dance workshop explores improvisation linked to music, led by Laurence Sabourin and musically supported by Zeneli Codel and Blanche Baillargeon.
